Refocusing CMMI from Compliance to Business Performance

Many people had bad experiences with CMMI, e.g. increased overhead, exhaustive documentation and chasing the next level. If we care about our organizations, we must shift our focus from compliance to business performance. This starts with changing the language we use. Sounds simple, but is extremely powerful. That’s why we will go through several learning iterations based on real life challenges. This session has a high ROI. Refocusing the words we use requires a low investment and has a high impact.
